Our CrossFit Raeda Teens Programme is led by Raeda coach and co-owner Joel McRandal.
CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning programme for young people (aged 11-16) encompassing all ten general physical skills:
strength – balance – coordination – flexibility – stamina – speed – agility –
power – cardiovascular/respiratory endurance – accuracy
With the struggles and consequences of increasingly sedentary lifestyles, our programme offers a safe environment for healthy activity for every child, developing important awareness of their movements in a disciplined yet fun environment.
The workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive, general, and scalable for any participant at any level. Our teens programme focuses on developing confidence and skills which will help their development in any sport or activity. Your child will learn gymnastics, olympic weightlifting and strength patterns geared towards health and wellbeing in everyday life.

Such an amazing place to train! Every single member is so welcoming, motivating and a pleasure to spend time with. Annie and Lee make every session so personal and everything is adapted to make sure you hit every goal. I'm doing things I never would have dreamed of trying and can already see the results! Best thing I've done in a long time but highly addictive!

I've been going to CrossFit Raeda for just over a year now. I cannot be happier with my progression in both my strength and my endurance. There's still a long way to go but the support of the coaches is awesome they are great in ensuring your technique is the number one priority and not the amount of weight you lift. One of the great things about CrossFit is the family/community feel and pushing everyone til the last person has finished.....crossfit is definitely part of my on going fitness.....
Great box, coaches, atmosphere
Great box, coaches, atmosphere - I started 18mths ago thinking I was relatively fit, but Crossfit has the ability to make you push yourself even harder but at any level. My body shape has completely changed aswell as my attitude. Never boring, there's always something to learn and progress at with a great bunch of people behind you supporting you and willing you to do your best. Wish I'd found Crossfit earlier
